Deuteronomy 6:4-9
(The Acceptance of Devine Rule)
Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might. And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes. And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.

(The Acceptance of the Commandments)
And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken diligently unto my commandments which I command you this day, to love the LORD your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul, That I will give you the rain of your land in his due season, the first rain and the latter rain, that thou mayest gather in thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil. And I will send grass in thy fields for thy cattle, that thou mayest eat and be full. Take heed to yourselves, that your heart be not deceived, and ye turn aside, and serve other gods, and worship them; And then the LORD’S wrath be kindled against you, and he shut up the heaven, that there be no rain, and that the land yield not her fruit; and lest ye perish quickly from off the good land which the LORD giveth you. Therefore shall ye lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. And ye shall teach them your children, speaking of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. And thou shalt write them upon the door posts of thine house, and upon thy gates: That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth. For if ye shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you, to do them, to love the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, and to cleave unto him; Then will the LORD drive out all these nations from before you, and ye shall possess greater nations and mightier than yourselves. Every place whereon the soles of your feet shall tread shall be yours: from the wilderness and Lebanon, from the river, the river Euphrates, even unto the uttermost sea shall your coast be. There shall no man be able to stand before you: for the LORD your God shall lay the fear of you and the dread of you upon all the land that ye shall tread upon, as he hath said unto you. Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse; A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you this day: And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the LORD your God, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known.
Numbers 15:37-41(The Wearing of Fringes)
And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband of blue: And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the LORD, and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring: That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God. I am the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am the LORD your God.
The phrase, “The Curses,” consists of curses that were prophesied upon Israel due to their disobedience. The ancient Israelite people were a rebellious people who neglected their God, and as a result they suffered and still suffer for it unto this day. Unaware, they continue to rebel constantly primarily due to a number of reasons, but just to name a few:
- Lack of Knowledge
- Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
- Ignorance of Who and Whose they Really Are
- Isaiah 1:3-4 The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master’s crib: but Israel doth not know, my people doth not consider. Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.
- Jeremiah 17:4 And thou, even thyself, shalt discontinue from thine heritage that I gave thee; and I will cause thee to serve thine enemies in the land which thou knowest not: for ye have kindled a fire in mine anger, which shall burn forever.
- Enemy Forces that Intentionally Suppress them
- Psalms 2:1-5 Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.
- Psalms 83:1-5 Keep not thou silence, O God: hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God. For, lo, thine enemies make a tumult: and they that hate thee have lifted up the head. They have taken crafty counsel against thy people, and consulted against thy hidden ones. They have said, Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation; that the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance. For they have consulted together with one consent: they are confederate against thee:
- Constant Sin
- Isaiah 30:9 That this is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of the LORD.
- Isaiah 65:2-7 I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts; A people that provoketh me to anger continually to my face; that sacrificeth in gardens, and burneth incense upon altars of brick; Which remain among the graves, and lodge in the monuments, which eat swine’s flesh, and broth of abominable things is in their vessels; Which say, Stand by thyself, come not near to me; for I am holier than thou. These are a smoke in my nose, a fire that burneth all the day. Behold, it is written before me: I will not keep silence, but will recompense, even recompense into their bosom, Your iniquities, and the iniquities of your fathers together, saith the LORD, which have burned incense upon the mountains, and blasphemed me upon the hills: therefore will I measure their former work into their bosom.
And so, as a result all The Curses have befallen the Israelites because of their disobedience, as prophesied:
2 Chronicles 34:24-25 Thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, and upon the inhabitants thereof, even all the curses that are written in the book which they have read before the king of Judah: Because they have forsaken me, and have burned incense unto other gods, that they might provoke me to anger with all the works of their hands; therefore my wrath shall be poured out upon this place, and shall not be quenched.

One thing to understand is that due to the curse of forgetting who they are the Israel people continue to remain asleep. The term asleep in meant to point out that over course of separation from their homeland, being called by different names, the constant desire of being apart of the lands in which they have been cast, the worship of the god’s that they have been give and in many cases forced to receive, etc., the Israel’s have truly become a lost people hence, the Lost Tribes of Israel. Many Israelite people are so wrapped in that worlds in which they have been cast that they care not to be awakened and in many cases even if they were awaked to this Truth, they tend not to esteem there calling as the Chosen People of God. As a result, their sleep is heavy where they slumber all day long never to be awakened until it is too late.
Prophesy is the Word directly from the Most High Himself. When the Most High speaks, who can add or subtract from it? Thus, what was prophesied to happen actually happened as it was spoken—Word for Word. Realizing this will reveal to you the true identity of these Last People, and until you prove it in like manner throughout the Word of God, you will never truly understand why it is called, The Living Word of God.
It is written that the Curses will be upon the Israelite people as a sign and wander forever. Somehow the Scriptures testify that even after all this, the Israelites will remember and recall their sins to mind and atone for them. They will remember once again who and whose they are, but this will only be a remnant:
Deuteronomy 28:45-47 Moreover all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall pursue thee, and overtake thee, till thou be destroyed; because thou hearkenedst not unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee: And they shall be upon thee for a sign and for a wonder, and upon thy seed for ever. Because thou servedst not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things
2 Chronicles 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
Leviticus 26:40-46 If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me; And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity: Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land. The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes. And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for I am the LORD their God. But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their God: I am the LORD. These are the statutes and judgments and laws, which the LORD made between him and the children of Israel in mount Sinai by the hand of Moses.
So with that said, the curse not only happened but they had to happen exactly as it was purposed just so that Israel may know that it is the Lord their God. The result of the curses happening in any way slightly different from what was spoken or the result of the curses happening to any other people in the same manner as a whole would be catastrophic and they would never be able to wake up. I know that many consider genetics but that is not enough and could also be flawed through Satan’s tactics against the Children. For example, and I believe this is the most mind opening curse ever mentionable:
Deuteronomy 28:68 And the LORD shall bring thee into Egypt again with ships, by the way whereof I spake unto thee, Thou shalt see it no more again: and there ye shall be sold unto your enemies for bondmen and bondwomen, and no man shall buy you.
To explain the verse, Egypt is used to signify slavery or bondage. The Most High brought them out of this land to be their God and them, His people, but as a result of their disobedience they were warned that they would go back into slavery with not one powerful enough to save them. Not only will they go back into slavery, but they would go by way of ships. I know that this is a marvel of some to consider but whether considered are not, it will not rattle the Truth. Therefore, the People of God went into slavery on ships, and no man was there to buy. The word buy does not mean that when they were forced into slavery and sold that no one bought them. The word buy that means this in the Hebrew language is:

But the word buy mentioned in the passage of Scripture, in the Hebrew language means:

A primitive root; to erect, that is, create; by extension to procure, especially by purchase (causatively sell); by implication to own: – attain, buy (-er), teach to keep cattle, get, provoke to jealousy, possess (-or), purchase, recover, redeem, X surely, X verily.
The different is that one word is meant to signify buying and selling—purchasing, but the other word (strong’s number H7069) is meant to signify a purchase for the purpose of redeeming or saving the thing purchased. It was a custom for the people of God to allow the closest relative to buy back the freedom of another. As it is written:
Leviticus 25:47-51 And if a sojourner or stranger wax rich by thee, and thy brother that dwelleth by him wax poor, and sell himself unto the stranger or sojourner by thee, or to the stock of the stranger’s family: After that he is sold he may be redeemed again; one of his brethren may redeem him: Either his uncle, or his uncle’s son, may redeem him, or any that is nigh of kin unto him of his family may redeem him; or if he be able, he may redeem himself. And he shall reckon with him that bought him from the year that he was sold to him unto the year of jubile: and the price of his sale shall be according unto the number of years, according to the time of an hired servant shall it be with him. If there be yet many years behind, according unto them he shall give again the price of his redemption out of the money that he was bought for.
So, as you can see the Most High declared that no one would do this on their behalf, and as a result, they went into slavery into distant lands far beyond Egypt into the four corners of the Earth. Deuteronomy 28:64 And the LORD shall scatter thee among all people, from the one end of the earth even unto the other; and there thou shalt serve other gods, which neither thou nor thy fathers have known, even wood and stone.
Howbeit for Israel to be scattered all over the World yet enter only into Egypt?
So it behooves all of us to diligently read through all the curses and other prophesied that are written in the Word of God in other that we find out how it is called the Living Word of God on the part that it reveals the Truth of the world and that it reveals the Truth within ourselves.
